"Brian brings 36 years of experience to the leadership of Performance. Beginning in Maine in the late 80’s, in southwest Florida in the early 90’s and in Alabama since 1994, Brian has mastered building envelope waterproofing and exterior building remediation. In 2002 he formed Performance Sealants and Waterproofing, LLC, now one of the most respected waterproofing contractors in the southeast. Brian is proud that Performance has placed quality before profit. Always performing at the highest standard has created lasting relationships with customers, general contractors, architects, and consultants."
Mr. Ward also enjoys investing in his community. He serves as a member of the Elmore County Board of Education and serves on the board for Hemophilia and Bleeding Disorders of Alabama, Inc. (a nonprofit he helped to create in 2005).
Brian has been married to Tisha for over 20 years. They have 4 children, Jessica, Dylan, Evan, and Chandler.

"Stacey initiated her managerial journey straight out of college, taking on diverse responsibilities across multiple locations for a prominent optical company. Drawing from invaluable insights gained while assisting her husband in managing their roofing business, she transitioned seamlessly into her current role at Performance Sealants and Waterproofing, where she has excelled for eight years.
In her capacity, Stacey oversees the administrative operations of the company, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency among all employees. Here dedication and leadership have been instrumental in the company’s culture.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Stacey finds joy in cheering on her favorite college football team (Geaux Tigers!), engaging in captivating reads, and cherishing moments spent with her beloved husband, David, and their son."

" Dusty has been around construction his entire life. He was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama, and began working in construction in 1998. He has worked on commercial projects to residential projects and everything in between. From a laborer, carpenter, assistant superintendent to a superintendent, and now as a Project Manager/Estimator, he has done it all. Dusty started part-time with our company in 2022 and began working full-time in 2023. He is married and has three children. When he is not at work, you will find him on the field coaching or in the stands watching one of his three kids."

“Tyler Desselle started his career right after graduating from Troy University with a degree in Business Administration. He worked in project management for telecommunications projects, where he learned how to handle big tasks, manage teams, and keep things on budget. These experiences helped him move into his current role as a Construction Estimator.
As an estimator, Tyler uses the skills he built in past jobs, such as working with numbers, checking costs, and keeping projects on track. His background in project coordination and property appraisal gives him a solid understanding of how to make sure everything runs smoothly and stays within budget.
Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active. He is excited about continuing to grow in the construction field, using the experiences he's gained to keep moving forward.”
